FCC rules state you must use your FREE Assurance Wireless service at least once every 30 days or it will be terminated.
USE IT
Once every 30 days, you MUST make a call, send a text or go online (not using Wi-Fi) from your Assurance Wireless phone to keep your FREE service. Calls using ‘call forwarding” or calling into your voicemail to check your messages, do not count as activity.
DON’T LOSE IT
If you do not place a call, send a text or go online using your plan data within 15 days of receiving a termination notice, your service will be terminated. You will no longer be able to use your FREE Assurance Wireless phone service and will need to re-apply. After termination of your FREE service, if you want to continue to use your Assurance Wireless phone, it will cost 10¢ per minute and 10¢ per text message.
KEEP IT
Remember, as an Assurance Wireless customer you get FREE minutes, FREE texts and FREE data each month. Use your phone at least once every 30 days to make or answer a call or send a text to work, family and friends. Or you can use your free plan data (but not while on Wi-Fi) to browse the web, check social media like Facebook or check emails. Don’t risk losing your FREE Assurance Wireless service!
Great ways to use your service!
Make sure you’re using your free monthly Data every month, instead of Wi-Fi, to keep your service active!
