Once you’ve been approved for Lifeline service, you MUST make a call, send a text or go online from your Assurance Wireless phone often or you will lose your FREE Lifeline service. Data used on a Wi-Fi network will not count as activity on your account.
If you do not place a call within 15 days of receiving a termination notice, your Lifeline service will be terminated and you will no longer be able to use your FREE Assurance Wireless Lifeline phone service. After termination of your Lifeline service, if you want to continue to use your Assurance Wireless phone, you may pay 10¢ per minute and 10¢ per text message.

Remember, as an Assurance Wireless Lifeline customer you get FREE minutes, FREE texts and FREE data each month. So don’t put your phone in a drawer and forget about it. Use it to call friends, family, healthcare providers or emergency services.
